Peter is an experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing and delivering large complex systems integration projects involving in-house software development, infrastructure and network services, working with multiple vendors and customers on a mixture of technology platforms.
He has in-depth industry knowledge of wholesale and retail banking, payment systems, the government Justice sector, billing systems, telecommunications, e-commerce and the Internet space. Peter has achieved excellent results in delivering solutions for customers across all these industry areas. Most recently he has specialised in the delivery of Voice Over IP / Digital Telephony solutions into large organisations and has created an excellent delivery framework for customers implementing such solutions.
Peter is experienced in building strong relations with internal, external customers and vendors, working with them to ensure a successful outcome to deliver business benefits to the customer.
