- Providing Business Analysis for the NASC (Needs Assessment & Services Co-ordination Agency) Project at the Ministry of Health. This involves liaising with the key stakeholders to capture business requirements and processes, identifying key business requirements and business processes, developing process maps, data models, migration and test plans
- Analysis and support for the CAPS and ECM systems at the Tertiary Education Commission
- Gathering of requirements to support key performance indicators and strategic initiatives at NZ Police
