  • Investigation, analysis and indepth consulting within NZ Police to produce a Communications and Access Strategic aimed at improving the services delivered to the public.
  • Strategic business planning for NZ Police (Wellington region) including facilitation workshops, documentation and plans for individual streams of work.
  • Management and re-negotiation of a number of vendor contracts for Department of Corrections, NZ Police, Department for Courts, Department of Building and Housing, Broadcasting Communications Ltd, Tertiary Education Commission (this is just a sample).
  • Business process review and change management for NZ Police emergency communications centre.
