Resultex has provided a mixture of IT and business services to WCC, including:
- Technology acquisition including preparation of business case, vendor analysis and contract negotiation.
- Provision of Best Practice Infrastructure Management and Disaster Recovery Planning and implementation.
- Quality Assurance and technical advise on DR related initiatives including the management and implementation of the Disaster Recovery Centre.
- Identifying and planning the appropriate changes to support effective service management by providing guidance with regard to the appropriate use of ITIL processes.
- Facilitation of workshops to provide input into ISSP and a review of the IT requirements of Councillors.
