Ministry of Justice/Department for Courts

Resultex provided the then Department for Courts with a senior executive to undertake the role of Chief Information Officer during the formative years when IT was being established in the Department. This role was undertaken for a period of three years and involved the management of operational activities, supporting projects that were independently managed.

    Other services provided were:

  • Project management of a number of applications development projects including the jury trials management system, Maori land court systems, minor operational applications and a desktop rollout.
  • Strategic planning review of the Justice sector information strategy and project management of the sector data flow project for the Ministry.
  • Project management of components of the Courts' CMS application.
