Resultex developed and implemented a Service Management Framework to improve Agency Service's service delivery while continuing to smoothly deliver existing services. The overall objective was to establish a smoothly operating service management function that uses moderate internal resource for expert activities and relies on capable outsourced providers for operational activities. Resultex recommendations for operational standards, structures, tools, resources, processes and systems were put in place and Project Managed by Resultex.
