Department of Corrections
A major customer since 1995, Resultex continues to provide services to Corrections, among them:
- Project/Programme Management of the development and rollout of the Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS) in 1996-98 and various releases of the software ever since. The IOMS is critical to Corrections' business operation.
- Project Management of infrastructure implementation, data warehouse projects, a major review of IOMS, a SAP upgrade, introduction of the EDRMS, implementation of VoIP, and a number of business strategic projects (including cellphone blocking in cells and processes for the opening of a new prison).
- Strategic planning, vendor management, representation at Justice sector strategic level, standards and processes in the IT area.
- Executive Leasing of resources to undertake key roles at various times, such as Manager Information & Technology (now CIO), Manager IT Operations, Manager IT Planning and Projects, Manager IT Strategy & Planning, Development Team Leader.
- Architectural Services in the infrastructure area.
- Technology Acquisition in a number of areas, including full procurement processes through to contract negotiation.
- Business Analysis in the EDRMS and data warehouse areas.
- Data Analysis in the data warehouse.
- Technical Writing in a number of areas.
